Clarity first
Before the process comes clarity: about your company, your options and the right moment. The best price is decided by preparation – not by the process.
Exit Readiness
We look at your company through a buyer's eyes, expose the real value levers and clear away risks before anyone asks about them. That raises the price – and the likelihood that the sale succeeds at all.

Why CNX Transaction Partners?
Most M&A advisors come from banking.
We come from the business side.

01
Perspective
Most M&A advisors come from banking and see your company first as a set of numbers.
We see the business behind them first – shaped by hands-on experience in strategy and company leadership. For us, numbers are always the result of the business, never the starting point.
02
The method
We know what buyers examine – and what drives your value.
Before the market is approached at all, we remove risks and sharpen your sale narrative. That way you negotiate from strength, not from hope.
03
The network
We know buyers in the relevant markets worldwide – and approach precisely those with genuine interest and the means to act.
Dutch merchant spirit, combined with German discipline.

04
The attitude
We tell you what buyers really think – even when it's uncomfortable. That openness protects you from nasty surprises later in the process.
A hands-on team
Behind every mandate stands a well-practised team combining entrepreneurial experience with craftsmanship and precision. The buyer's perspective comes from more than 25 years in consulting and M&A – and from staying close to the market. Your financial model, your sale documents and your data room are built with the same care that later goes into the negotiation. From your first thought of selling through to closing, you have someone at your side working for the best possible outcome.

Frequently asked questions
By proven transaction experience, a real buyer network and the willingness to tell you uncomfortable truths. A good advisor doesn't sell you a mandate – they first create clarity about value, structure and timing.
We work with owner-managed companies from around €10 million in enterprise value. Professional buyers are particularly interested in this size – strategic investors, financial investors and family offices. A structured process increases both the achievable price and the likelihood that the sale succeeds.
The right moment depends less on the market than on your preparation. If you are prepared, you can seize the right moment – instead of missing it. That is exactly where the Exit Readiness Check comes in.
Exit readiness means preparing both the owner and the company so that a sale delivers the best possible outcome at any point – structurally, operationally and in the story it tells. It increases both the value and the likelihood that the sale succeeds at all.
A structured sale process typically takes 9 to 12 months – from preparing the documents to closing. Depending on complexity it can take longer. If you have done exit readiness work beforehand, you noticeably shorten that window and reduce the risk of buyers dropping out mid-process.
