Where we come from
CNX Transaction Partners is an owner-managed M&A boutique with offices in Munich and Amsterdam. We thoroughly prepare and execute corporate transactions.
What sets us apart from traditional M&A firms is our background: Our expertise stems from consulting projects in strategy, operations, and digital transformation, as well as from hands-on operational experience – not from investment banking. This shapes how we view companies, and it also shapes how we work.
The work
When an entrepreneur sells their company, they are making one of the biggest decisions of their professional life. They are placing their life’s work in someone else’s hands – or laying the groundwork to start over again.

Your profile
We’re looking for curious professionals with analytical minds and empathy when dealing with business owners. In terms of background, industrial engineers, economists, and engineers are a good fit for our way of working.
